Mr. Femi Dosumu
Chairman

Mr. Femi Dosumu

Femi Dosumu holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He has worked for about three decades in the construction and oil and gas sectors, with exposure to emerging and leading edge technologies across those industries.

He is Chairman of Task Systems, Pumpco Limited, Meritan Oil & Chemical Limited and Floreben Nigeria Limited. He is also a Director of Nigeria America Palm Oil Production Limited and serves on the board of several non-profit organisations.

He obtained Post Graduation Certification in Electronics Installation and Maintenance, is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and other professional bodies, and was listed among the fifty most distinguished Engineers in Nigeria in 2007.

Ajakaiye Victoria Olutoyin

Ajakaiye Victoria Olutoyin stands out as a dynamic professional and strategic planner with a multifaceted skill set gathered over more than two decades of active work experience.

A registered member of the CIPM, Olutoyin earned her Executive MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School in 2012 and is currently engaged in securing a Ph.D. in Business Operations Management from UCAM, Spain. She has committed time and passion to developing herself through several other formal trainings, experience, and practiced expertise in various fields including: Real Estate Planning & Development, Project Management, Mortgages, Human Resource Management, Negotiation, Business Operations & Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Development & JV Structuring, Contract Management, and Brand Management.

Olutoyin, with a background in the English language and an initial foray into tele-media & brands management, is a strong communicator and a seasoned leader. Her passion for corporate governance in a business landscape like Nigeria has led to the successful operations of the renowned organization and teams where she has held critical business leadership and operational portfolios with competent deliverables in all aspects of Real Estate; including affordable Housing, Hospitality Development, Facility Management, Sales & Marketing, and Construction Supervision.

As the Managing Director of Realty Point Ltd. and Director of Studies of School of Estate and Business, Olutoyin has been an impactful Leader, steering the achievement of the firm’s strategic corporate targets, engendering teamwork and accountability through her unreserved commitment to promoting a professional corporate culture.

Mr. Gbadebo Adejana

Mr. Gbadebo Adejana

‘Debo Adejana is an entrepreneur, institution builder, real estate developer, investment strategist and board adviser with over three decades of professional and entrepreneurial experience spanning banking, real estate, investment, business development, corporate governance and enterprise leadership.

After an eight-year career in commercial banking, he got the vision and co-founded Realty Point Limited (RPL) in 2005, serving as its Founding Managing Director/CEO for over 21 years. Under his leadership, RPL grew into a diversified real estate enterprise with interests across property development, investment, marketing, advisory and human-capital development. In 2026, he deliberately transitioned from executive management to the Board as a Non-Executive Director, as part of a structured succession and institutionalisation process.

He is also Founder/CRO of McDA Advisory Limited, an advisory, investment and enterprise-development platform through which he supports entrepreneurs, founder-led businesses and institutions in strategy, governance, leadership development, business growth, strategic partnerships, joint ventures and investment structuring.

His professional interests sit at the intersection of institution building, corporate governance, real estate development and investment, founder succession, strategic partnerships, investment aggregation and sustainable wealth creation.

‘Debo holds a degree in Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and is an alumnus of the Owner Manager Programme (OMP 14, 2010) of Lagos Business School. He has held leadership positions in professional and industry organisations and serves on the boards of other for-profit and not-for-profit organisations.

He is also an author, speaker, executive facilitator and financial freedom advocate, with a particular passion for helping entrepreneurs build sustainable enterprises that can thrive beyond their founders.

Elizabeth Olawore is a director in AOC group of real estate companies, with a focus on residential brokerage services.

She is also an interior designer and a graduate of The Interior Design Institute, San Francisco, USA, with several years of proven competence in decoration and residential design.

Olalekan Augustine Egunjobi is a seasoned finance and governance professional with over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning engineering, hospitality, automobile, agro-allied, education, healthcare, and the development sector. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and brings a strong blend of financial stewardship, strategic insight, and corporate governance expertise to board-level engagements.

His professional experience is distinguished by his ability to operate at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy. He has led financial management functions across diverse industries, consistently driving efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth. His exposure to multi-sector business environments provides him with a broad perspective on organizational challenges and opportunities.

He currently serves as Financial Controller at MAR & MOR Engineering Services Limited, where he is responsible for financial strategy, internal controls, risk management, and performance oversight across major engineering and infrastructure projects.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Olalekan is passionate about leadership development, corporate governance, and economic development.
