Head of Finance
We are hiring a Head of Finance to oversee our financial and accounting operations, interpret financial results, and support strategic decision-making across the business. This role carries direct responsibility for budgeting, compliance, and cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial and accounting operations
- Interpret financial results and recommend process improvements
- Support strategic financial decision-making
- Prepare budgets and conduct variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws and accounting standards
- Manage cash flow forecasting and bank relationships
- Apply local accounting regulatory policies and guidelines
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of a first degree (BSc) in Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years' relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency with accounting software; working knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage is an advantage
- A professional qualification such as ICAN, CFA, or CIMA is an advantage
- Strong background in finance and financial management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
