Mr. Femi Dosumu (Chairman)

Femi Dosumu, holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He has worked for about 3 decades in the Construction and Oil & Gas sectors of the economy. Over the years, he has been exposed to emerging and leading edge technologies in these sectors. He has attended several training programmes in England, Holland, Belgium and the US.

He is also the Chairman of Task Systems, Pumpco Limited, Meritan Oil & Chemical Limited & Floreben Nigeria Limited. He is a Director of Nigeria America Palm Oil Production Limited and he is on the board of several other non-profit organisations.

He obtained Post Graduation Certification in Electronics Installation and Maintenance. He is a member of the distinguished Nigerian Society of Engineers as well as other professional bodies. He was listed as one of the fifty most distinguished Engineers in Nigeria in the year 2007.

Femi Dosumu is married to Foluke and they are blessed with three children.

Mr. Gbadebo Adejana (Managing Director/CEO)

Gbadebo Adejana is a meritorious service award winner who left banking pre consolidation (July 2004) in a middle management capacity responsible for a portfolio of about N1.5billon after a career spanning eight years.

Gbadebo Adejana, a theater enthusiast and minister participating in not less than 5 major stage productions in his undergraduate days is married to Monisola since March 2000 and blessed with a set of triplet, King-David 1 and his lovely sisters.
